Create a high-impact, engaging experience for Spotify’s UK advertising partners within a half-day IRL activation in London. The 2025 edition of Spotify Sparks needed to spotlight the platform as Culture’s Biggest Stage—delivering live discussions and educational moments in a space that felt vibrant, playful, and socially charged.

The Solution

We reimagined the venue with a “Behind the Scenes” aesthetic that captured Spotify’s creative energy and business edge. Through stage design, prop curation, immersive lighting, and bold artwork, we celebrated the expansive Spotify ecosystem of music, podcasts, and video – turning the event into a living tribute to the creative process. The environment was designed to be both inspiring and functional, featuring networking zones, photo ops, grab-and-go F&B, and interactive touchpoints— keeping the guest flow seamless, and the energy high. With an agile, solutions-led approach, we supported Spotify’s team and talent at every step, striking the perfect balance between elevated and accessible for a B2B audience.
